Our scholars are guest researchers who are currently visiting one of the SMARTbiomed sites. They bring fresh perspectives, specialised expertise, and new ideas that enrich our research environment and strengthen the work carried out across the centre.

Research:
Ruth is working on applications of causal inference methods for obtaining individualised predictions of risk under different treatment choices, and is collaborating with Dr Michael Sachs and Julia Whitman (PhD student) on a study using these methods in the context of diabetes.
